Emergency Planning for You and your Pet
New to the HSC, we are striving to connect to residents and to the county, in terms of exploring the preparations available to us through our contingency plan for, both people and animals.
Last fall, we offered a workshop that involved the basics - key ways to prepare you and your pets for the unexpected. We discussed ways to develop a plan for you and your pets in the event of a tornado, fire, flood, how to gather supplies and focused on the first steps of getting organized.
